Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Beres's. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange within 10 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original Packaging.

How to return an Item:  

1. Contact our customer service at dresses@elegantwomenberess.com or (800)-605-5069 to get a return authorization number.
2. Package the item securely and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item to: 2701 W. Irving BLVD, 154672, Irving Texas 75015.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
